Eat with JOY😊!!... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?


What does it mean to "eat with JOY? Well, you could find a friend who's name is Joy and eat with her, 😂. But if her outlook on life doesn't match her name than what's the point?!?

You can have the healthiest food all day long... But if you consuming it with RESENTMENT it will do your body very little benefit. As a matter of fact you'd be better off eating "junk food" and enjoying it ... Or nothing at all... No matter.

So let's say your on a "diet" because you feel like you "should" be... Or your doctor TOLD you you MUST OR ELSE 😜😜😜. This is another case in point. You WILL "CHEAT" every sneaky chance you get!This is NOT JOY!


I have witnessed a lady who got up in the middle of the night "FULLY ASLEEP" go to the fridge and eat cake and milk and the next day don't even REMEMBER doing it. This woman took all of her "no- no" food to the neighbors just so she wouldn't do it and she STILL would get up to the sweets she thought she stashed in secret places. That is NOT HEALTHY ... Nor is it Well Thinking! In this woman's case she was needing something OTHER THAN SWEETS! She needed to become CONTENT WITH HER SELF! She "needed" to Eat with Joy!

Another case is eating with others who are "not nice"... For whatever reason they may have, you can feel their resentment and it ties the stomach up in knots. This is NOT EATING WITH JOY... And you'd be better off eating your meal sometime and somewhere else where you can be at peace ( if possible).

If it's NOT circumstantially possible then you must learn to get to your peaceful place inside and FIND YOUR JOY. Trust that you wFREE My finding is, from my experience, that WHATEVER YOU DECIDE TO EAT... EAT IT BEING GRATEFUL AND CONTENT... This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Stress hormones will destroy you! I KNOW ALL ABOUT THIS!!

If you are cheating on your "diet" you ONLY CHEAT YOURSELF... YOU have to CHOOSE that !YOU! WANT TO FOLLOW A PARTICULAR PLAN... No amount of others keeping you accountable will help you until YOU CHOOSE for your self.

In my case, I had to totally reject ALL other Bullcrap that others try to tell me about what I should or should not eat! (Another Blog). And find the ROOT CAUSE of why my physical body wasn't cooperating.


In short, you need to ASK YOUR "SELF" TO SHOW YOU THE ROOT CAUSES of lack of 😊 JOY... You must heal to have REAL JOY! (Another Blog)

Eat with a GOOD CONSCIENCE... eat what you eat and BE HAPPY ABOUT IT ☺️! ITS YOUR LIFE! Choose what is GOOD FOR YOU 🙂 for YOURS IS THE ONLY MOUTH YOU CAN CONTROL 😉.
